    浙江省8大水系是支撑该省经济发展和保障饮用水来源的主要水系。目前8大水系都呈现出不同程度的污染。通过因子分析方法,对影响浙江省8大水系污染的主要社会经济因子进行了分类。结果表明,社会经济影响因子可划分为区域经济发展水平、种植业发展、农林服务业发展水平、渔业发展水平、人口密度水平等5大类。浙江省8大水系社会经济因子总得分排序为:甬江>苕溪江>曹娥江>鳌江>椒江>钱塘江>瓯江>飞云江。当这5大因子得分同时介于-1~0时,水系水质污染程度最低。社会经济因子总得分大于3或小于-3时水污染程度最低,水系的Ⅰ-Ⅲ类水所占比例在90%以上。水系污染与经济发展水平存在一定关系,但更多是经济发展水平与其他因子综合作用的结果,水系污染与社会经济发展各因子之间的平衡发展有着密切关系。在农林业占非主导地位的地区,单位面积第一产值高低与水系污染呈正相关性关系。

    Abstract:

    The eight water systems in Zhejiang Province are the main water systems that support the economic development and ensure the drinking water sources.Currently the eight water systems are polluted to various extents.The main socioeconomic factors that affect the water systems pollution could be divided into five types by factor analysis,namel,regional economic development factor,agriculture development factor,agriculture and forestry services factor,fishery development factor,and population density factor.Yongjiang river ranked first based on the total socioeconomic scores among the eight water systems,followed by Tiaoxi river,Cao' a river,Aojiang river,Jiaojiang river,Qiantang river,Oujiang river,and Feiyunjiang river.Water was polluted at the least when the scores of all the five factors are between-1 and 0.On the other hand,the total score being above 3 or below-3 indicated that the water pollution degree was the lowest,with sort ofⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ water accounting for more than 90%.Water pollution is related to the level of economic development,but in a large degree,it is the result of the interaction between economic development and other factors,and is more closed to the balanced development of the five socioeconomic factors.The water pollution degree was positively related with the unit area of first output value in the region where agriculture and forestry are not prominent.
