    以陇东黄土高原沟壑区人工沙棘林根际土壤为研究对象,研究了不同恢复阶段近熟期沙棘林土壤的腐殖质组成、结合形态及胡敏酸的光学性质。结果表明,不同恢复年限人工沙棘林下土壤腐殖质各组分有机碳含量为:胡敏素(HM) >胡敏酸(HA) >富里酸(FA);PQ值(可提取腐殖质中HA的比例)表现为:CK >7 a >10 a >15 a,且不同恢复年限各层土壤的PQ均大于52%;E4/E6和ΔlgK(色调系数)的值:15 a >10 a >CK >7 a;RF值(相对色度)与E4/E6和ΔlgK的变化趋势相同,即15 a >10 a >7 a >CK。恢复15 a后,各层土壤有机碳的腐殖化程度比10,7 a和CK显著降低,说明随着恢复年限的增加,土壤的腐殖化程度趋向简单,土壤胡敏酸的氧化稳定性下降,且不利于土壤的肥力发展。因此,在利用人工沙棘林进行水土保持和恢复提高土壤综合肥力超过15 a时,应及时更新。

    Abstract:

    Taking the rhizosphere soil of artificial seabuckthorn forest in loess hill and gully region of Eastern Gansu Province as experiment objects, the soil humus composition and combined form and optical properties of humic acid in different recovery stages of artificial seabuckthorn forest were investigated. The results showed that the organic carbon content in humin(HM) >humic acid(HA) >fulvic acid(FA) in different years, meanwhile, PQ(proportion of HA) of CK >the soil of artificial seabuckthorn forest of 7 years old >in 2001 soil of artificial seabuckthorn forest of 10 years >the soil of artificial seabuckthorn forest in 1995, and all the PQ were more than 52% at each layer of the artificial seabuckthorn forest soil of 15 years old. The value of E4/E6 and hue coefficient(ΔlgK) demonstrated that:15 years >10 years >CK >7 years; the humification degree of soil of 15 years was significantly higher than that of 10 years, CK and 7 years, which demonstrated that, along with recovery time, humification degree of soil trend to simple, and the oxidation stability of soil humic acid decreased. Meanwhile, it was adversed to the advancement of soil fertility. Therefore, artificial seabuckthorn forests should be regenerated when it was planted more than 15 years to prevent soil erosion and improve soil fertility.
