    摘要:

    该文应用系统动力学模型制定了黑龙江省宁安县水土保持规划的发展战略与实施方法。该模型由种植业、林业、牧业、渔业、人口和水土保持六个子系统组成,包括279个活性方程和229个参数。并用生态经济学方法,对3种发展战略的仿真结果进行多目标综合评审,为该县的水土保持规划和生态农业发展战略提供了科学依据。

    Abstract:

    The development strategies and application methods of soil and water conservation program inNingan county of Heilongjiang province were made based on the system dynamic model. The modelconsists of such as six sub-systems as that of crop planting, forestry, animal husbandry, fishing, popu-lation and soil and water conservation, which include 279 active equations and 229 parameters. Themulti-objective evaluation on the simulating results of three development strategise were carried outapplying eco-economical methods,in order to provide scientifical basis for the development strategiesof ecological agriculture and the planning of soil and water conservation in the county.
