To use land resources rationally, to control soil and water loss and to protect cultivated land for development of economics in the area with serious loss of soil and water, the landuse division are conducted with the method of fuzzy clustering analysis.As a result, three districts and seven subdistricts are obtained, and the general situatian'and landuse direction at different districts are discribed.
