Since 1982,Wuding River, Sanchuan River, Huangpuchuan and Dingxi County were listed in stress control in Yellow River region.After 15 years,801 small watersheds were controlled.Through many years continous control,the natural and economic conditions changed significiantly, and became basic engineer to regional economic development.During engineering constructing,many successful experiences were summarized,such as taking market as guider,considering economic benefit as center,combining control with exploiting and so on .In future,prevention,measures improvement,economic exploit and scientific achievement transforming will be the centre of working
