Heihe reservoir is the important water resource project of Xi'an city.Protecting the ecological environment of the confluent region of the reservoir is the key to protect water quality.Based on the basic features of Heihe reservoir's confluent region,the main countermeasures to protect the ecological environment of the confluent region and realize the sustainable development are discussed
