以可持续发展的战略思想和理论,研究总结了横坑小流域综合治理及资源可持续开发利用的技术措施和途径,并对其治理开发的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益进行了分析评价。
Abstract:
With sustainable strategic ideas and theory, the technique, measures and w ays of comprehensive control and sustainable exploitation and utilization of Hengkeng small watershed are studied and concluded. Then the benefits of economy, society and ecology of which are analy zed.
