The achievements on supervising and executing the law of soil and water conservation of Fujian province are affirmed. In addition, five characteristics in the new situation and three aspects of difficulties existed there are also analyzed. Based on the above, five points of directions or suggestions are made on the future task of the supervising and executing the law of soil and water conservation, that is, establishing proper guiding ideas, strengthening the power of executing laws, broadening the task domain, setting up technique supporting systems and perfecting the law system.
