This paper analysed and disussed the relations and positions among ecological, economic and social benefit in soil and water conservation from theory and practice by inductive method. The author think that ecological benefit is the base and premise for economie benefit, and the latter is the reflection and Security for former. The social beneflt, thus, produced from both of them.Among the three parts, the first one is the most importamt.
