Abstract:The problems about how to construct mufti-objective program decisional model and how to solute it, and the selection on mufti-objective program are discussed.The application of gradational analysis to the multiobjective programme selection of small watershed plan is illustrated, It provides a basis for the decision of small watershed planning.
