The flood in Guizhou karst depression becomes more and more serious in recent years. The basic principle of karst flood formation wasdiscussed and the reason of aggravating karst flood wasanalyzed from factorsof geology,climate and human activities. Some suggestions were offered for the prevention and cure of karst flood.
