Differing projects have differing effects on land resource. This paper presents analyses of four land aspect, namely land use, structure, soil type and soil erosion, in Chencang District of Baoji City. A scientific foundation is established for the effects of water supply project on these land aspects. Measures for alleviating these effects are also put forward.
