Since the downstream flood disaster on the Weihe River, water logging in the northern areas of the Weihe River has aroused the attention of the masses and leaders in different levels of the government. This article discusses how to efficiently limit water logging and rebuild after extreme events on the basis of the current status of the problem and rebuilding experience. Causes and specific management measures are also put forward.
