Water resource reasonable exploitation in Xinjiang arid ecological agriculture is the key of sustainable development factor.This article based on current situation of the water resource of Xinjiang development and utilization of water resources.Preliminary appraisals analyse that current situation rationality in Xinjiang's developmentand utilization of the water resources under the terms,and propose the preliminary suggestion on the unreasonableproblem,offer a better method on the water resource rational dist ribution of Xinjiang Wei Autonomous Region.
