    Abstract:

On the basis of field survey,UPS location and soil analysis,a study was carried out with the Excel and ArcUIS 9.3 software to analyze salt ions, present situation and spatial characteristics of soil salinization at the Tajik Abat Town. The results showed that ions in 0-30 cm soil were dominated by Na+,Ca2+,C1-,among which there was a strong positive correlation(r=0.98)between Na+and Cl,negative correlations between HCO3- and the other six ions-,Ca2+,Mg2+,K+,C1-,SO42-);the ratio of Cl-to SO42- was much lower on cultivated land than wasteland;the ratio of Cl- to SO42+ in 0-30 cm soil was positively correlated with total salt on both cultivated land and wasteland with correlation coefficients 0.68 and 0.32,respectively.At the presentst age,chloride-sulfate salinization soil
