Abstract:This paper analysed and disussed the relations and positions among ecological, economic and social benefit in soil and water conservation from theory and practice by inductive method. The author think that ecological benefit is the base and premise for economie benefit, and the latter is the reflection and Security for former. The social beneflt, thus, produced from both of them.Among the three parts, the first one is the most importamt.

Abstract:In applicatioa of color infrared aerophoto and combining with ground truth investigation, we worked out the map of soil erosion type (1: 10,000 scale) of Zhifanggou watershd in Ansai County. The map of soil erosion type shows thoroughly the space relationship of the soil erosion type.The detailed area list of soil erosion type may serve for the evaluation and planning of soil and water comprehepsive conservation. The soil erosion intensity of Zhifanggou watershed befor comprehensive control is very intensive erosion type. Through comprehensive control, the soil erosion intensity reduce to medium erosion type.
Abstract:The loess flow is the result that the variation of the moiture of the loess makes the exogenic force of the loess to vary. It has a limited slope angle. When the slope angle of the loess is more than the limited one,the loess flow is occuredo The configuration of surface and cover of vegetation have influence on the frequency and intensity of the loess flow.The loess flow of the concave slope is occurred easier than that of the straight one which is easier than that conver one; when there is not vegetation the intensity of the loess flow is more than that when there is vegetation under other conditions are same.
Abstract:Many experiences have been gotten incollecting funds. This paper studied and summarized the experience for collecting funds in various place,pointed out that incerease input is the base for strengthening the litality of soil conservation and the key of water conservancy steady development. As it's impossibie for the state to increase input in soil and water conservation during the period of national economic consolidation, it should: 1) Make full use of and regulate existed funds; 2) develop new source for funds; 3) reform the way of funds utilization to get great benetit from limted input.

Abstract:The key for using system engineering to tackle a small watershed comprehensivly is to form a mathematic model. How to formulate an optimiying model is a problem hauing to study urgently in order to obtain the overall benefity both under local condition and economical situation. The paper followed a planning using an integration of goal func tions for controlling Xing long Small watershed, Kesan county, Hai long Jiang Province to approach the efficiency of the method.Application of the method made the four goals, pure incomes, investment, soil and water conservation and food production maximum or minimum satisfingly under controlling the small watershed.

Abstract:In this paper, based on experiment data from different treatment such as grass-bush band intercropmg. Grass-crop band rotation for 6yelus, different planting patterns were classified with their conservation benefits And its accuracy is verified using Bayes stepwise discrimination analysis.Then, the Conservation benefits of ecch planting pattern was analyged and evaluated. The results show that the sequence of conservation benefits from high to low is like: caragana→intercroping of caragana and grss→grass alone→band intercroping of crop and grass→crop levelling planting→crop general planting.
Abstract:The benefits of economic and soil and water conservation of yang woodland and grassland are analysised during the comprehensive control of small watershed in loess hilly region in Ansai. The runoff plots were used in observation of sediment reduction, and aboveground biomass of1-5 years yang woodland and grassland were measured in evaluating economic benefit. The species of grasses and trees as well as its structures with high economic benefit and growth rate were advanced for comprehensive control of small watershed in this region.

Abstract:This paper studied on Weibei rainfed highland how to free oneself form waver on the issue of grain pruducation. The stereo-agriculture technology being the foundation of ecological agriculture and the centre of the intercropping-interplanting and the principle of the conserving grain and the objective of putting in raising land,it have started to demonstrate in Qiang Yang from 1986, at the same time, it obtained the higher benefit of economy and society and the grain producation were increased very much in serverl years, the average income of every one araised every, and, it started to walk along the new road being the cocxitence of the hill, river land and highland, being the surviring together of water land and dry farmland, being the stereo-development of grain, economy, fruit, strain,breed and processing.
