Abstract:The upper reaches of the Yangtze River is one of the most serious regions of soil and water loss in Chma, Through on the spot investigation to major control areas on the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, the traits and harms of soil and water loss, as well as the importance and present significance of promoting soil and water loss harnessment for the. area were analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile, the authors summarized the experience that implemented the harness project of the Yangtze River in recent three years and evaluated the benefit and characteristics of harness project of the Yangtze River, Finally, the authors put forward some constructive suggestton of taking further steps to promote the work of soil and water conservation in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.
Abstract:This paper deals with the basic requiremenu of rational utilization for agriculturalresources firstly. Then taking this as the basis, the author put forward the mechanisms of rational utilization for agricultural resources, i. e., the way of exploitationand utilization for labour force resources, the idea on stock system of agriculturalmanagement and the three-stage theory for constructing eco-agriculturs with soil andwater conservation type.
Abstract:Taking Louzihe experimental area in Lushan county as an example, the causes ofserious destruction of ecoenvironment in the area were analyzd in thispaper. The maincauses of that are the effects of irrational social and economical activity such as thereclamation of steep slope, destruction of forests and grasses and the seizure of fuelwood, etc. In order to get the favourable circulation of agroecosystem and promotethe development of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and farm sideline production, the author presented the measures and ways of constructing new ecoenvironment in soil and water loss regions based on the experience of comprehensive controlover Louzihe experimental area in accordance with local conditions.

Abstract:On the basis of discussing the biolgical characteristics of Astragalus adsurgens, thepurpose of this paper is to analyse the utilization of A.adsurgens for the water storeage indeop soil layer and the amount of storage and nutrients in deep soil layer. The authorshold that the water and nutrients stored in loess layer of the Loess Plateau car meet theneed of 6 -10 year's growth and development for A. adsurgens in the Loess Plateau. It was pointed out that if the biological characteristcs of A. adsurgens can be grasped, the growth age can be rationally regulated and the waler and nutrient storing in deepsoil layer can be utilized three-dimensionally, then the steady and high yield couldbe obtained. Also, this will play an active role in improving the ecoenvironment ofthe Loess Plateau.
Abstract:Considering the specific situation of precipitation, runoff, infiltration and rainstorm on the Loess Plateau and the need for collecting rainstorm data, the authors analyzed the necessity and idea drafting the criterion of long duration <60-1440min) rainstorm for soil erosion, According to the idea and the short duration criterion drafted in the past, the criterion on long duration rainstorm for soil erosion with rcfrence to related information was drafted.

Abstract:Based on the raindrop spectum determined, the distribution function of raindropsize in southeast Fujian was established as follow: F = 1 - exp { - [d/(3.58I~(0.28 )]~(5.19) I~(0.11)}Meanwhile, the authors presented that the relationship between medial raindropdiameter, kinetic energy and rainfall intensity are D_(50) = 3.34I~(0.29) and E = 3.04I~(0.29)respectively. Finally, the authors hold that the type of rainfall has a certain impacton characteristics of raindrop.
Abstract:Applying the methods of regression and path analysis and so on, the author studied the amount of runoff, infiltration, erosion and their influencing factors in erosion plot of J_2s parent material under rainfall. The results were shown as follows:the main influencing factors are the precipitation for the amount of runoff, theduration of rainfall for the amount of infiltration and the enegy of rainfall for theamount of erosion.
Abstract:Taking the successful monitor and prealarm of landslide in Jimingsi temple of Zigui county as a specific example, the author summarized a forecast technique of experience quantity type from the forecast practice of monitoring before landsilde, prealarming just before landslide, keeping watch on landslide and guarding after it.Thereby, it has a certain referential value for taking further steps to strengthen monitor and prealarm of landslide.
