Abstract:According to historical documents and remote sensing technology and on the spot investigatory information.The characteristics of soil erosion and its space time distributive pattern in the mountain areas of southern Shaanxi province were systematically analysed and studied.To counter the ecological environment problems that influence upon the developing tendency of soil erosion.The fundamental countermeasures on the comprehensive harness about soil erosion of the rocky hilly areas in southern Shaanxi are also put forward.

Abstract:The content sequence of soil mineral elements in southern Ningxia is SiO2>Al2O3>CaO>Fe2O3MgO>K2O>MnO>Zn>Cu.The space distribution of Si,A1,Fe and Ti is relatively even.Ca,Mg,K,etc.have apparent variations and uneven space distribution.It shows that residual parent materialsdeluvial parent materialsloess parent materials in Si,Ti,Cu,Zn and Mn element content;alluvial parent materialsresidual parent materialsloess parent materials in regard to Fe,Mg,K;diluvial and alluvial parent materialsloess parent materialsresidual parent materials; as to Al,diluvial and alluvial materialsresidual materialsloess;and that Ca is highest in loess parent materials and lowest in residual parent materials.From mountain area to diluvial fan,to upper reaches terrace,to medium and lower reaches terrance,Si,Cu,Zn,Mn element content decreases gradually but Al,Mg,Fe,Ca,K increases continually.
Abstract:The permeability of purple soil is studied by means of double ring method and rainfall simulator respectively. The result shows: (1) the measured constant infilt ration rates by double ring and rainfall simulator are 101 mm/h and 18 mm /h respectively. (2) the rainfall intensity has no significant in fluence on constant infiltration rate. (3) there is no influence on constant infiltration rate by plough.
Abstract:A new construction method is analysed,that is to construct a dam for intercepting flood and storing water in the earlier stage of a project,and pouring water into the thrown pole for consolidation,and sinking soil into water to add to the dam by using directional blasting.As is verifyed by a gully correction project named Madihao in WulanCabu league of the Inner Mongolia.The problems showing in the construction and theory of the technology are analysed.So do the treatment method of these problems.
Abstract:According to the tested date of Fushan small watershed in Shandong province, the rainfall erosion and the pattern of sediment yield at small watershed of hilly area are analy zed. The model of the sediment yield is presented. It can fit the requi rment of the sediment yield forecast for rivers, and can also provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive harness at small watershed.

Abstract:The wood seeds used in this experiment were all treated with electric filed. The germination test at room and mountain,and the afforestation test by aerial seeding have been conducted. The results show that,the germination time has been moved up by 1~2 days, the seedling ratio to germination has been increased by 10%~25% in comparision with the check test.

Abstract:According to a lot of hydrological and environmental monito ring data,the condition of soil and water loss in Lancang river watershed is ex pressed.The occurrence and development of it are a nalysed.The conclusion is that,(1) Generally,the co ndi tion of soil and water loss is light,however in some region,which is serious,especially in the middle reaches of the river.(2) The soil and water loss in Lancang river watershed presents the developing tendency and it is mainly caused by human activities.In accordance with those results,the control measures fo r soil and water loss are discussed.
Abstract:Based on the field investigation in Liudaogou watershed,Jin Shaan Inner Mongolia coalfield,the influence of the small coalpit developing on the environment and soil and water conservation has been analysed. It has been shown that the small coalpit has brought a great promotion to rural economy and people's well bing, Nevertheless,the contradiction between the small coalpit developing and the fragile environment and soil and water conservation becomes more acute.It will be the burning issue at present that how to deal with this contradiction in rural soil and water conservation.
Abstract:The universal software for a dam system planning and designing is programmed with BASIC language,it can be used to design a dam body,drainage works and spillway for silt arrester of less than 50m high and small reservoir.The software has many advantages of choosing suitable parameters,fast runing,high precision and strong universality,it provides a effective tool for dam system design.
Abstract:Based on the study of erosion and sediment at present,the calculating processes of rainfall-surface runoff-delivery rate of sediment from interrill-rill erosion rate-sedimentation routing are expounded systemat ically .
Abstract:The management and administration of soil and water conservation is a problem demanding a prompt solution in the process of its study and practice.The content and present conditions of the study are analyzed emphatically.And several problems which require to be urgently explored at present are proposed.
