Abstract:According to the center leader 's instructio n of "soil erosion co ntrol and ecological agricultural co nstructio n”,this paper discuss some related scientific and technical problems.Considering the evolution of ecological enviro nment,it proves that the genetic and developmental processes of natural and human 's accelerated erosion and the basic principle of their control must be thoroughly understood.To the goal of system engineering construction of eco-environment,it discuss the related a nd coordinated problems of soil erosion control,erosion environment regulation,silt decreasing in the Yellow River and ecological agricultuated construction.Considering the important measures of eco-environment constructio n including the integral planing making,vegetation reconstruction,farmland construction,water resource construction and preventio n of new human 's accelerated erosionet,it points out that some researches on the scientific and technical key problem of the basic principle should be strengthened
Abstract:The area of hilly region in Pingdingshan is 2607.36 km2and is about 29.6% to total land area.Gully density and soil and water loss is very high in this region.Gully head is the place of erosion occuring.Gully protective system is the main compo nent of small watershed comprehensive control.However,in actural control,the quality of g ully head protective system is low and absent vegetative measures disposition.Our research use different treatment of economic vegetation and get lots of data of rainfall,gully head advancing,g ully cutting,soil erosive yield,biomass,soil nutrient. After a nalysing,the optimum disposition of vegetative measure for gully head protecting in Pingdingshan is found. The aim of this paper is using simple,economic vegetation protective approach to control runoff crushing to gully slope,and provide scientific base for gully head protection in hilly region

Abstract:In the view of existing problems in the wind erosio nresecrch,the concept of Wind Erosion Tolera nce derived from the Soil Loss Tolerance is introduces along with its goals and significance,and fourmain fields of the wind erosio n tolerance,i.e.soil formation rate,wind erosion effect on soil pro ductivity,wind erosion prediction and T-V alue planning to control wind erosion are discussed in detail as well.
Abstract:Based on the analysis of research on forest protecting soil in home and abroad,combining with the characteristics of soil runoff in Hebei Province,the datas were calculated.The soil conservated is 62 661.5 thousand t/a,the decrease of deserting land is 9640.24hm2,preventing of mud and sand 15906.4 thousand m3,depositing mud and sand 11568.4thousand m3,the loss of soil organic matter 2713.2 thousand tons,the loss of N,P and K 1302.4 thousand tons.The total economic value is 3.815 billion Yuan,that means 1957.5Yuan /hm2.
Abstract:In loess hilly and gully region,the young apple tree living rate and living mass which is planted with leaves in the early autumn in order to take the advantage of the soil moisture and is covered with soil in the winter,are high 32.3%、38.34% and 22.22%、54.16% than which is planted in the late autumn and the early spring.The tree is pla nted after leaves falled,and the earth near the root is covered with plastic film,the trunk is twisted with plastic film or the trunk is cased with stem of the sun flower has high living rate and living mass,but its cost is hig h and difficult to spread.
Abstract:According to the annual abservation results in 1990-1996 on man-made bare slope in Kongshan mountain ous area of south Jiangsu province,the process and affecting factors of natural recovery of vegetation are analysed. The natural recovery process of vegetation began in 1991 (the year after the formation of mam -made bare slope).In 1996,the natural recovery process of vegetation was finished and soil erosion stopped.It is put forward that the prevention of soil erosion on man-made bare slope can not be realised only by the natural recovery process of vegetation.It is necessory to take other countermeasures to prevent soil erosion.
Abstract:Control form of stock cooperation system for soil and water conservation is one new product of combining soil and water conservation with market economic and rural economic reform.Through discussing on developing background,condition and role of stock cooperation system in loess plateau explains that it is not only required by regional natural environment development,but also required by social economic reform.Control form of stock system is continously improving and standarding through practice and exploit,and its character,advantage,and function are accepted by local people,it is popularing rapidly and has significiant achievements.This control form will play important role in soil and water loss control,ecological agriculture constructing,regional economic promotion in Loess Plateau.
Abstract:Because of specific natural environment,social condition and important place of pastural area,the features and causing reason of soil erosion are particular. Along with pastural environment degredation ,government of all levels must pay attention to soil and water loss as soon as possible.Through analysing condition of soil and water loss,character and causing reason ,combined with natural and social conditions,the significiance and urgency of soil and water conservation for pasture are disscused.The princinple,measures of soil and water conservation for pasture are put up forward,and aims to abtain sustainable development in pastural area.
Abstract:According to actural examples,the reasons of land organic mater decreasing,soil structure destorying,disharmoness of water,fertility,gas and heat,silt increasing are analysed,and then adjusting approach and countermeasures are put up forwards.

Abstract:Based on abundant experimental data and traditional method of calculating the benefits of runoff and sediment reducing by soil and water conservation sloping measures,this paper obtains the flood reducing amount of different measures on experimental plots through constrasting the flood discharge of controlling area with uncontrolling area in same flood frequence,and popularize this results to whole watershed .We get the flood reducing amount under different measures in watershed ,and then use the flood~sediment relationship to calculate the sediment reducing amount by flood reducing amount in whole watershed,we get an avilable method to calculate the benefits of runoff and sediment reducing by different measures.
Abstract:On the basis of glires investigation during 1986,1987,1988 and 1993,more than 4 000 speciemens of the glires collected from loess plateau of northern Shaanxi province were identified and the fauna have been analysed.The results show that there are 21 species of glires which belong to 4 families and 2 orders,13 species of them belong to palaearctric realm and is 61.4% of total species,4 species were species of orientat,and 4 species belong to widely spread species which are 19.3% of total species separately.For population control of the glires and keep low population density longer,comprehensive measures of ecological tillage on the farmland,ecological management on the meadow,chemical poison baits control and capture instruments have been adopted.The effects of chemical control is put forward in this paper.
Abstract:Since 1982,Wuding River, Sanchuan River, Huangpuchuan and Dingxi County were listed in stress control in Yellow River region.After 15 years,801 small watersheds were controlled.Through many years continous control,the natural and economic conditions changed significiantly, and became basic engineer to regional economic development.During engineering constructing,many successful experiences were summarized,such as taking market as guider,considering economic benefit as center,combining control with exploiting and so on .In future,prevention,measures improvement,economic exploit and scientific achievement transforming will be the centre of working
Abstract:This paper describes that drought or water insufficient and soil and water loss are the limited factors to agricultural development in loess plateau.By analysing the tech-economic availability of main water-resoures,rainfall use for agricultural production in this region and the relations between rainfall use and agricultural sustainable development points out that rainfall use is the key way for agriculutral development on loess plateau.
