甘肃省水利科研重点项目“小流域水土资源开发利用与商品经济发展的研究”
研究了黄河中游第 4期试点流域——榆林沟流域水土资源与环境优势、水土资源开发利用所存在的问题,提出了该流域水土资源开发利用途径,并通过措施的对位配置,对水土资源开发利用实际效果进行了分析.
Based on the soil and water resources and environment, the problems of exploiting soil and water resources in Yulin valley are studaed.A new exploiting methods is put forward.The actual effect of exploiting soil and water resources is analyzed.
